We got our start in the crystal repair
business from my father Ken Borton.
Dad had been doing crystal repair for
around 20 years, until he passed away
in August of 2007. He and my Mother
Carol Borton had been in the antique
business together until she passed away
April of 2001. When Mom passed away
Dad needed help with their business. At
that time Dad had me start working with
him doing antique shows and learning
his craft of crystal repair. Now my
husband Jon and I are following their
winter antique shows in Florida and
have our shop located in Hayesville NC.
