Shipping Instructions For Glass

You will need 2 boxes and packing material. We use newspaper,
bubble wrap or bed pads.

1. Wrap the glass item or items generously. If the item is broken,
please wrap
each of the broken pieces separately. You will want
to make sure to pad the item until you cannot feel any sharp or
hard surfaces.

2. Take your first box and it should be large enough to allow for
at least 2 inches of space around
each side of the padded glass
item. You will want to use packing materials to fill those 2 inches
of space left around
each side of your glass item making sure to
use enough packing materials so the glass item cannot shift in the
box at all.

3. Your second box should be large enough to house your first
box and allow for 2 - 3 inches around
each side of the inner box
for padding. When padding between the boxes please make sure
enough padding is used so the inner box cannot shift.

4. Before you seal your box please PRINT and complete
Shipping & Terms of Service Form and include it in your
package.

5. You will want to give us a call at this point, to let us know
to expect your glass .

7. Then take your packed glass item to the United States Post
Office as we have found they have the best success in delivering
your glass safely. You
must insure your glass item. The price is
very reasonable. Very few customers have had shipping issues.
Those that have needed to use the insurance were very glad to
have had it.

Then what will happen once we have received your package, we
will give you a call with the price of your glass repair. At that
time you can choose to have the work done or to have your
items returned to you. As soon as your check is received for
shipping-insurance and the work done we will promptly ship
your restored or repaired glass items back to you.
