1.) Please use the US Post Office as we have had the best success receiving  your glass in good
condition with them. You must insure your glass. We have had very few problems shipping with
the US Post Office but when insurance has been needed they have come trough with much ease.

2.) We take all precautions possible to protect items in our care, however, we are NOT
responsible for breakage. It is very rare but there are times when chips and cracks can continue to
degrade as we are working with an items damaged area. It is very RARE for breakage to occur.  
3.) We do our best to find all damage at the time of the initial estimate. If additional damage is
detected after cleaning, client will be contacted with an adjusted estimate.
4.) Restoration fees, plus return shipping and insurance, are to be paid prior to shipping your
completed items back to you.
5.) Time estimates are only estimates. Actual completion time is contingent upon other factors
such as the time taken by other items ahead of yours in the repair process and our show
schedules. We give each piece individual attention and may take longer than estimated, because
we are committed to providing quality restorations.
6.) All items not paid for after 90 days of phone confirmation that your item(s) is done and we are
waiting final payment for shipping, will be considered abandoned and will be sold to cover the
